With over 30 years of experience in public safety, law enforcement, and private security, Christopher Springfield is a leader who’s seen it all and handled it with precision.
A retired Deputy Chief of Police, Chris oversaw Patrol, Criminal Investigations, and Administrative divisions across three Pennsylvania municipalities. He’s led teams through some of the toughest real-world scenarios: active shooter responses, high-risk warrant service, bomb threats, and more.
But his expertise doesn’t stop in the field.
Chris is also a United States Marine Corps veteran, with service in USMC Security Forces. He holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania, along with advanced certifications in Leadership and Organizational Change. He’s trained at Northwestern University’s Executive Command & Staff Program, where he was elected class president by his peers.
Today, as the CEO of Cardinal Point Security Group, Chris leads the mission to bring world-class training to schools, security teams, and law enforcement professionals, combining his deep experience with a passion for keeping people safe.
He’s an active member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) and the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS), and has been recognized with numerous awards and commendations throughout his career.
